All Wellness Center staff are CPR/AED certified. Our trainers and instructors hold the highest industry credentials – they will challenge and inspire you to reach your goals.
HWC offers a variety of group exercise classes, personal training, and specialty classes are also available to keep you motivated on your journey to wellness. We also have a variety of programs for adults and youth.
